  The food has always been fresh, however the drive through service can be painfully slow. I've always been surprised and disappointed at how long it takes them to get me my food. To the point that I've started choosing not to go to this Wendy's if I'm in a hurry.
  
  And while you are waiting at the window, don't expect one of the workers to peek their head out and let you know why things were taking so long. Maybe my expectations are wrong, but I expect a certain amount of speed when I choose a fast-food restaurant, and if you're taking longer than that because your grilling up fresh meat or fries, that's fine, just communicate why.
  
  Heck, it might even be a Wendy's problem in general, because the other Wendy's I frequent has all the same issues. The food is good and fresh, but the service is really, really slow. If that is a deliberate strategy by Corporate, then they should do a better job of setting expectations with their advertisements. Sell me on the fact that you take time to make my food fresh every time or that you train your workers to prioritize quality over speed so that we the customer have the best eating experience possible. I prefer good, fresh food to fast food, but I do have certain expectations about how quickly I'll be serviced if I choose fast food.

  Slowest drive thru ever. Ordered a burger without pickles, got pickles. Ordered a salad and a baked potato, no fork, no salt and pepper. Will never go back. Seriously, don't go to that one.

  Terrible service. The drive through was a bit busy but we got to the window in about 5 min. But we stayed at the window for 20 min. 3 cars left behind us but we had already paid. We were given the wrong drinks and I tried them to see what they were, they then took the drinks back and were ready to give them to another customer after I told them I drank from it. Didn't close window and an employee said "do I have to take this order? I want to go home." The manager then agreed to let the worker go home. No customers inside yet they acted busy. Then after all that. They got my order wrong... I understand they could've been having a bad day and I have no room to judge but really? I do not recommend. Need better customer service.

  So slow!!! I don't usually write reviews but this place is the slowest Wendy's I've ever eaten at. I live 5 mins away so I have been there a bunch of times and every time I spend 15+ minutes in the drive through. I'm done. Never going back. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the next closest one. And probably still be done faster. So so so slow!!!!!!!
