  Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. There were two cars in front of me, this is right next to where I work and I come often and they are usually great even with five or six cars in the drive thru. This time, I was five minutes late for my break because I was sitting at the window for six minutes waiting for my drink after already waiting in the drive thru for 14 minutes. It sounds like it's not that long but the reason I had to wait is that they had made four drinks from people behind me in line. It's common sense that if someone is in front of someone in line they should go before the person behind them. I would have understood if it was a complicated drink but literally all they had to do was blend some ice milk and matcha powder. THEN I finally get my drink and it's spilling all over my car because they were too careless to wipe it off. The guy at the window took his sweet time figuring out why my drink wasn't made and didn't ask anyone he just stood there staring at other people working. I also ordered a croissant warmed up and it was not warm at all and was the first thing I was handed. Super disappointed. I would get it if they were busy but there were literally two cars ahead of me. The ONLY reason it isn't one star is because I know they're not always this terrible.

  Great starbucks. I come here often during work to take a break and chat with friends. Staff is very friendly. Place is clean. Internet connection is good.

  I asked for a coffee not on the menu. It was an specific beverage: Mocha with caramel, and they gladly served it for me.
