  Walked in and had to wait 5 minutes to get help while standing right in front of the employees. One of which was on her phone. Finally when ready to take my order nothing was prepped. I was given a third of a scoop of rice which was burnt and seemed to be there for a couple of hours. Their cold pans were VERY unclean. No sight of any supervisor or management. Employees didn't seem to be concerned with all the things that they were out of. This place is in need of new employees. It's sad because this place is pretty new. This location should seek out training from the American fork location.

  I live right up the hill and since it opened in the last 6 months I've used this location a number of times. Service is up to par with what you would expect. Counter employees are polite. Just avoid 12:00 - 1:30. The local offices can make this place pretty busy as with everything around thanksgiving point. The last 3 or 4 times for me have been a positive and standard experience.
